Replacement of current ventilation unit without cleaning
If your current ventilation system needs replacement, we can offer you the following:

The old unit will be removed, the new unit will be installed and adjusted to the correct settings. Explanation about unit usage will be provided. You will receive a final measurement via a digital work order.
The mentioned amounts are inclusive of VAT, excluding travel expenses and any materials.
Replacing only your unit typically takes us around 45 minutes. Other units are available upon request.
Roof fan
A roof ventilator is located outdoors on the roof of the house. Roof ventilators are typically used when there is not enough space inside the house or due to noise considerations. Like internal mechanical ventilation, the roof ventilator draws polluted air out of the house, ensuring that you are not exposed to contaminated air. It is therefore important to have your roof ventilator cleaned every 3 years. The same maintenance rules apply to roof ventilators as to mechanical ventilation systems inside the house. Regular maintenance ensures better ventilation and a longer lifespan for the roof ventilator. Particularly important for a roof ventilator is checking the watertightness of the ventilator and the roof penetration.
Cleaning costs start from €130.00
Please note that we only clean residential roof ventilators located on a flat roof, with a maximum of 2 residential floors.
